The differences between these types of buckets

We always send two types of polishing buckets for our customers.

One with column and another one without.

There are always some customers asking the differences between these types of buckets.

Now today my boss will show you the details.

We put the polishing bucket without column on the machine.

This is a empty plastic bottle. It is very light.

Put it in the middles of the polishing bucket.

Pour in the magnetic steel pins.

Then turn on the machine.

We can see the bottle is not affected by these pins.

So it is not polished.

So the column in the middles of the PP bucket is to make up for the absence of the magnetic field.

The rest field can be 100% to polish parts.

This is the difference between these two types of polishing bucket.
