Coarse polishing oil is used to remove burrs and large scratches; medium polishing oil is used to refine the surface and remove small imperfections; fine polishing oil is used for polishing and brightening to achieve a mirror finish.
How to use dry polishing oil
When using new abrasive media (such as walnut shells) for the first time, prepare the dry polishing oil in the appropriate ratio, for example, 1 kg of polishing oil for every 25 kg of new walnut shells, and mix thoroughly. Depending on the material being processed, set the appropriate polishing time; hard workpieces such as stainless steel and carbon steel require 6-8 hours of polishing, while soft workpieces such as copper, aluminum, and plastic require 4-6 hours of polishing.
