Daily Use Inspection and Maintenance Instructions for GG2380 Magnetic Polishing Machine
1.Before starting work every day, please check if the silicone pad is still there. The function of the silicone pad is to reduce noise and lower the frequency of resonance between the grinding bucket and the equipment.
2.Check if there are a large number of magnetic needles on the silicone pad. If so, remove the magnetic needles to prevent them from piercing the anti-static skin.
3.Check if there is a large amount of water accumulation and magnetic pins.on the workbench, and keep the surface clean and tidy.
4.Check for extensive wear on the magnetic pins., as well as broken or bent tips.
5.Check whether the number of magnetic pins. is within the range of 7-8kg required for the equipment to work. If not, please replenish them.
6.After completing the daily work, perform routine cleaning of the equipment, ensuring that the workbench, exhaust fan, and panel are free from excessive water accumulation and oil stains.
7.After using the machine every day, please clean the magnetic pins. thoroughly, remove it from the grinding bucket, and place it in the magnetic pins. storage box.
8.After the machine is used up, please drain the waste liquid from the polishing bucket, check if there is any water leakage at the bottom of the bucket, and see if there are any magnetic pins. stuck at the bottom. Please remove the magnetic pins.
9.Every 180 days, remove the black plastic plugs on the outer frame of the work platform, remove the screws that fix the frame, and then remove the load-bearing plate of the equipment. At this point, you can see the linear guide rails. Add lubricating oil to the linear guide rails to enhance their lubrication. Apply grease to the gears and rack of the deceleration motor.
10.If the anti-static cover of the workbench is worn out, please replace it immediately. The replacement procedure can be found in the ninth item of the maintenance manual.
