Instruction Manual for Magnetic Pin (Magnetic Polishing Machine Accessory)

1. Overview

Made of high-quality stainless steel/alloy with strong magnetic conductivity and wear resistance, it works with magnetic polishing machines to deburr, polish and clean metal workpieces, suitable for precision small parts and irregular shapes.

2. Usage

Select pins: 0.3-0.8mm (diameter)/3-8mm (length) for small/precision workpieces; 1.0-2.0mm/10-20mm for large workpieces with burrs.
Loading: Pins cover the bucket bottom (1-2cm), pin-workpiece ratio 3:1-5:1 (weight); add clean water (1-2cm above pins/workpieces).
Operation: Low-medium speed for soft/precision workpieces, medium-high speed for hard workpieces; polishing time 20-60 minutes.
Post-use: Separate pins with a magnetic separator, clean, dry and store in a sealed container.
