Daily Use Inspection and Maintenance Instructions for GG8520 Magnetic Polishing Machine

.Before starting work every day, please check if the silicone pad is still there. The function of the silicone pad is to reduce noise and lower the frequency of resonance between the polishing bucket and the equipment.

.Check if there are a large number of magnetic pins on the silicone pad. If so, remove the magnetic needles to prevent them from piercing the anti-static skin.

.Check if there is a large amount of water accumulation and magnetic needles on the workbench, and keep the surface clean and tidy.

.Check for extensive wear on the magnetic pins, as well as broken or bent tips.

.Check whether the number of magnetic pins is within the range of 1-1.5 kg required for the equipment to work. If not, please replenish them.

.After completing the daily work, perform routine cleaning of the equipment, ensuring that the workbench, exhaust fan, and panel are free from excessive water accumulation and oil stains.

.After using the machine every day, please clean the magnetic needle thoroughly, remove it from the polishing bucket, and place it in the steel needle storage box.

.After the equipment is used up, please drain the waste liquid from the grinding bucket, check if there is any water leakage at the bottom of the bucket, and see if there are any magnetic pins stuck at the bottom. Please remove the magnetic needles.
