1. Overview

A professional equipment for surface wire drawing of metal plates, which creates uniform and smooth textures on the surface of workpieces, enhancing their aesthetics and texture. It is suitable for stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and other metal plates, widely used in hardware, decoration, kitchenware and other industries.

2. Usage

• Preparation: Check the machine, ensure the wire drawing wheel/sand belt is intact and the power is normal; wear protective gloves, goggles and dust mask.
• Adjustment: Set appropriate speed and pressure according to workpiece material and desired texture; install the workpiece firmly on the workbench.
• Operation: Start the machine, push the workpiece into the drawing area at a uniform speed, avoid uneven force; check the texture during processing.
• Post-use: Turn off the machine, take out the workpiece; clean the wire drawing wheel and workbench, and maintain the machine regularly.

3. Notes

Ensure the workpiece is fixed firmly; keep uniform feeding speed; replace worn wire drawing wheels/sand belts in time; avoid over-processing; keep the operation area ventilated.
