GG1380 Operation Guide

1.Check that there is no large accumulation of steel needles or sewage on the workbench of the magnetic polishing machine.

2.Connect the aviation plugs between the electrical cabinet box of the equipment and the main equipment. Make sure there are two sides.

3.Turn on the main power switch of the magnetic polishing machine, the equipment is powered on, and the fan on the side of the equipment starts to run.

4.Check the voltage display meter voltage of the magnetic polishing machine, which is required to be within 380±5% of the standard industrial voltage.

5.Place the polishing tank in the center of the workbench, check whether the drain valve is in a closed state, and ask for the closed state.

6.Add clean tap water to the polishing tank at a height of 6-8cm.

7.Add 500-800ml of brightener to the polishing tank (the higher the concentration, the higher the brightness of the product and the stronger the oxidation resistance

8.Add a clean magnetic needle of about 4 kg to the polishing tank.

9.Press the power switch of the machine and the Machine starts to work.

10.At this time, the total time relay starts timing,

11.At this point, although the magnetic field began to reverse its direction of movement, it did not actually start to move. By opening the door of the electrical cabinet, we can observe that the two sets of time relays have not started to function.The time indicated on the time relay inside the electrical cabinet represents the duration for which the magnetic field remains at both ends of the equipment. By using the plus and minus signs on the top and bottom, you can increase or decrease the duration for which the magnetic field stays at the ends of the machine. It is recommended to be between 15 seconds and 20 seconds.

12.All we need to do is to press the restart button on the machine’s operation panel. Then we can see that the time relay inside the electrical box starts to operate and count time. At this moment, the magnetic field begins to move back and forth left and right.

13.Wait for the product to be polished, press the switch button again, and the equipment will stop working. You can also set the total time. After the time arrives, the device will automatically stop working.

14.Take the product out of the polishing tank and rinse with water.

15.Take the product out of the polishing tank and rinse with water.
