二、Installation, Use and Maintenance
1、Before switching on the unit, first check that the power supply is properly connected.

2、Place the specially formulated abrasive mixed with polishing oil into four separate buckets. Load individual or multiple workpieces into each compartment, secure the lids, then configure the total grinding duration along with forward and reverse cycle times. Adjust the grinding frequency, total polishing duration, and forward/reverse rotation intervals before commencing operation.

Attention:1.Dry polishing employs specialised abrasives, primarily walnut shells, olive shells, and corn cobs, alongside dedicated varnish.
2. The abrasive material and product within the four buckets must be distributed evenly, or symmetrically and uniformly; it is strictly forbidden for any single bucket to be disproportionately heavy.
3、Upon completion of the product (pre-set time), the drum will automatically halt and trigger an alert. Position the drum opening at an upward angle, open the lid, and remove the product (for large items, take care not to damage the piece). Smaller items may be tipped out; an optional automatic screening machine can be fitted to the base to sift out the product.
Maintain:
1. Regularly inspect the tension of synchronous belts and chains.
2. If abnormal noise persists for more than 5 minutes during operation, stop the machine immediately and check for loose bolts throughout the unit. Replace any damaged bearings before restarting to prevent further damage.
3. Grease the bearings at both ends of the drum once a month.
4. Grease the main shaft bearings of the drum once a week.
5. Lubricate the chain every 500 operating hours.
6. Keep the equipment clean and orderly. Grinding operations generate dust, most of which is removed by the dust collector. Any residual dust on equipment surfaces must be cleaned by operators at the end of each shift.
7. Empty the dust drawer at the bottom of the dust collector daily and clean the filter cartridge every three days to maintain optimal dust extraction performance.
