The minimum processable workpiece size can reach 0.5 mm, making it highly suitable for micro-terminals, small contact springs, and micro-precision hardware components.

The placement of ultra-long workpieces requires reasonable planning to ensure the sufficient flow of magnetic pins and to avoid uneven polishing and burr residue. For slender and thin-walled workpieces, it is strongly recommended to use our company’s dedicated fixtures for auxiliary processing.

Conventional models on the market often have fixed cavity dimensions and uneven material adaptability, making it difficult to simultaneously meet the processing needs of micro-components, wide plates, and long profiles.
